Real Estate Title Services is a family owned and operated business, evolving since the late 60’s, when it was founded as Allen J. Nylen, Inc. Al initially had his offices in Rockville, MD before opening another location in Frederick. Ed took over the family business in 2003, and consolidated the offices into their downtown Frederick location in 2007. Ed, Jo, Christie, and Chelsea have been working together at Real Estate Title Service for nearly two decades.
Real Estate Title Service is well known for commercial, industrial, and residential project work with a small town feel. We never use an independent contractor or outsource in any capacity; all of our work is performed in-house with our experienced and trusted professionals.
