Real Estate Title Service understands that time is of the essence when it comes to recording. We provide expedited processing and submit them to the proper government agencies for stamps and approval.
After your documents have been to all respective agencies and received their approval stamps, we check the recording package to make sure no new issues have arisen that would affect the title. If there are no new issues found, we will complete the recording process. If a new issue related to the owner or property is found, we will contact your office immediately.
